Once your card is activated, RedotPay will begin syncing your card details with platforms such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Facebook. Most users will be able to use their card within 2 days, though in some cases, the process may take 3–5 days or longer. If a transaction fails, please avoid making repeated attempts, as this could trigger fraud detection and lead to your card being frozen. We recommend waiting a short while before trying again.
For PayPal and Facebook:
If you're still unable to link your card after several days, please ensure that the name and billing address on your PayPal or Facebook account exactly match those on your RedotPay card. Then, try linking the card again.
For Apple Pay:
To improve compatibility, we suggest changing your Apple Store region to Hong Kong before attempting to link your card again.
