Please check whether the card was frozen or reported lost during the production process.
If the card status is abnormal, production may be temporarily halted. In such cases, we kindly ask you to resolve the issue. Once the card status is restored, production will resume.
Additionally, please review your system notifications or emails to see if you've received any alerts regarding your shipping address. If so, we recommend updating your address via the Card page in the RedotPay app. Make sure your address is complete and accurate — including the street name and house number — to avoid any delivery issues.
Please note: Physical card production usually takes 10–15 days. We appreciate your patience, as delays may occur due to public holidays.
